A unit price is a starting point. Before ordering, you need to understand the product included in the quotation, the quantity and the terms for delivery. We start with your specifications, then clarify the remaining parts of the purchase.
We look for manufacturers based on the product you need and communicate directly in Chinese. We obtain available catalogues and quotation details. Where product specifications differ, we clarify them so that the offers can be compared meaningfully.
We arrange samples for your review. We clarify sample and shipping costs in advance, along with the features you want to assess. A free manufacturer quotation does not automatically include free samples.
Within the agreed scope, we coordinate the purchase and communication with the manufacturer. We arrange shipping to the customer’s door and assist with customs clearance. The shipping method, required information and each party’s responsibilities are discussed for the specific order.
A clearer brief reduces the need to revise quotations later. You do not have to prepare everything at once: start with the information you already have.
