Who handles your enquiry
The controller of information submitted through this website is Ondřej Mazánek, contact email optimalizace.nakladu@email.cz. Optimální náklady is the service name.
Information and purpose
We process your name, email, enquiry and any optional information you provide: company, phone, delivery location and product references. We use it to reply, prepare a quotation and communicate with you. The legal basis is steps taken at your request before a contract; for business representatives it also includes our legitimate interest in handling business enquiries. Required information is needed to understand your request and reply. Submitting an enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing messages.
Referral information and website operation
Your optional answer about how you found us helps evaluate enquiries. The form may also include the current page path, referring website address or domain and campaign parameters, where available. We do not store these additional fields in cookies or browser storage. When handling a form, Netlify also records the submission time and IP address. It provides server-side traffic summaries based on operational data such as IP addresses, times and requested pages. This website does not add advertising or analytics cookies.
Service providers
Enquiries are handled through Netlify Forms and email. Hosting, form and email providers process information to deliver these services. Netlify, Inc. may process data outside the European Economic Area. Information on contractual transfer safeguards is available in Netlify’s data protection information. We do not publish your contact information on the website. Do not attach files containing other people’s personal information.
Retention
We retain information for as long as needed to handle the enquiry and related communication. If an order follows, retention also depends on the duration of the relationship, applicable record-keeping obligations and any need to document the order. Information is deleted once the reason for keeping it ends; deletion is not automatic on a preset date.
Your rights
Contact us by email to request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability where applicable. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests. You can lodge a complaint with the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection. Enquiries are not subject to solely automated decision-making.
