What should I include in my first enquiry?
Tell us what product you need, the quantity and specifications. Include the delivery location and, if available, a photo, link or drawing. If you do not have all the details yet, send what you know.
Is the manufacturer quote really free?
Yes. We obtain the manufacturer quotation at no charge. If the purchase goes ahead, the customer pays the commission agreed in advance. Samples, shipping and related items are handled separately.
How long does a quote take?
This depends on product complexity, how complete the specifications are and manufacturer response times. We start the search as soon as possible and discuss realistic timing after reviewing your brief.
Do you arrange shipping and customs assistance?
Yes. We arrange shipping to the customer’s door and assist with customs clearance. The process, costs and each party’s responsibilities are clarified for the specific order.
Do you only source from China?
China is our main focus. We also have experience with India and Vietnam. We assess suitable sourcing options based on your product.
